Can I transfer my apps (progress) and data from an iPod to an iPhone?
I am planning on getting an iPhone 4S in April next year, and I have an iPod touch now. I have games and such on my iPod and I was wondering if I could transfer that data and progress from my iPod to the new iPhone through iCloud or iTunes. I wouldn't like to have to carry my iPod around just to play my games. Thanks! d(^_^o)

Yes! Using iCloud that comes standard with your new 4S (but you'll probably want the iPhone 5 by next April), you can sync with your iPod touch (settings-icloud-storage and backup- back up now) and get all of your info onto the new device. If you think you may need a little help doing so, when you get your new phone, be sure to update your iTouch to IOS 5 and bring it in to the apple store when you're ready to purchase the 4S. They'll help you transfer everything there... or you can easily do it at home by backing up onto iCloud with both devices. Hope this helps!
