Rediscover your music.
Put on the Apple In-Ear Headphones, select your favorite track, and hear musical details you never knew existed. It's almost like you're experiencing your music for the first time.
Two drivers in each earpiece.
Each earpiece contains two separate high-performance drivers — a woofer and a tweeter — resulting in rich, detailed, and accurate sound reproduction and amazing bass response for all types of music.
Impressive sound isolation.
Choose from three sizes of soft, silicone ear tips for a comfortable, stable fit. When inserted in your ear, they create a seal that blocks outside noise so you can get the most from your music.
The control capsule located on the cable of the right earpiece includes a microphone and three buttons. Here's what you can do with this convenient remote*:
- Adjust volume by pressing the + and - buttons.
- Control music and video playback — including play/pause and next/previous — by pressing the centre button.
- Record voice memos on supported devices.
- Answer and end calls.
Steel mesh caps for protection.
Stainless steel mesh caps protect the precision acoustic components from dust and debris. You can remove the caps for cleaning or replace them with an extra set that's included in the box.

The trick is to choose the correct ear tip to get a good seal in the ear. If the seal is poor, the bass will be reduced. With a good seal the sound and noise isolation is quite good. …

I think the design is really lacking on these things b/c the slightest movement will pull these things out of your ears. They really don't fit in an ear well at all.
Sitting on an airplane: I could not chew gum b/c jaw movement will knock these out of place; couldn't pop my ears either as we ascended/descended. Walking somewhere: the weight of the cord gently bouncing against your chest as you walk pulls these out of place; if you're walking and don't adjust the headphones, they will likely fall out of your ear completely within a couple of minutes. …

Fantastic sound from some tiny, subtle earbuds
These headphones sound fantastic. You don't need to be a pretentious audiophile to notice the difference between listening to musi These headphones sound fantastic. You don't need to be a pretentious audiophile to notice the difference between listening to music with these headphones and Apple's EarPods, the older earphones, and a lot of non-Apple headphones. Everything sounds great and, just as advertised, you'll notice aspects of your music you hadn't before. I did, anyway! Ambient noise cancellation is great, on top of all that. I can easily get lost in my music on the bus, at work, or just outside.
As pointed out by other reviewers, getting a good fit with the silicone tips is crucial to enjoying these headphones. The mediums that came attached are too big for me. I could barely get a seal, it was uncomfortable at best, and they fell out very easily. The large ones didn't work out either, but I found the small ones fit my ears great. The right earbud will sometimes slip out of my ear, though, if I'm messing with the control buttons built into the microphone or moving around. Still, mic and controls are just like the ones on the EarPods and it's definitely convenient.
If you're on the fence, I'd say go for it! Try all the silicone tips out, in both ears separately, and I bet you'll find a good fit for your ears. I listen to a lot of different kinds of music and I've been impressed every time I use these, across a pretty diverse range of genres. …

Light weight, well designed, comfortable. This is one of the cheapest two unit in-ear headphone that you can get now. The sound is good in detail and balanced. But in general, it is a pair of good in-ear headphone that goes with any mobile devices. …

You do this by double-clicking the center button to advance one in the preset list and triple-click the center button to go back one preset. Single-clicking the center button enables the "live pause" feature, which is good for commercial skipping (if your timing is good, you're patient enough to wait the 15 minutes for the buffer to fill and you don't change stations). I'm not sure if it reacts to the button presses if you don't have any presets saved though. …
