I would give this product 4 stars, however, you need to check the ear hook more closely in the enlarged pictures as it is made in two pieces and after two months of very little use, the hook has separated into two pieces right at the join in the middle of the length of the ear hook.
Do you think I can find a replacement...still looking, nothing on Sennheiser website and google hasn't turned up anything.

I have had to replace two ear loops on this item due to the two piece design breaking in two.I did this under warranty but the thi rd time I did not notice it had broken and I was left wondering where my ear piece was! Everything else was fine , but my next one will be a Jawbone era.. …

I've had problems with so many headsets. With this one I've had no distortion, no dropped connections, easy reconnection when I've gone too far away from my phone. Only glitch has been that the ear-hook broke, but Syntec (the Sennheiser Australia service company) replaced it. …
