Product Information

Hear every detail of your music every time you tune in with the Apple In-Ear Headphones with Remote and Mic. They offer pro audio performance and impressive sound isolation, and convenient buttons let you adjust the volume, control music and video playback, and even answer or end calls on your iPhone.

  • Rediscover your music.

Put on the Apple In-Ear Headphones, select your favorite track, and hear musical details you never knew existed. It's almost like you're experiencing your music for the first time.

    Two drivers in each earpiece.

Each earpiece contains two separate high-performance drivers — a woofer and a tweeter — resulting in rich, detailed, and accurate sound reproduction and amazing bass response for all types of music.

    Impressive sound isolation.

Choose from three sizes of soft, silicone ear tips for a comfortable, stable fit. When inserted in your ear, they create a seal that blocks outside noise so you can get the most from your music.

    Take control.

The control capsule located on the cable of the right earpiece includes a microphone and three buttons. Here's what you can do with this convenient remote*:

    • Adjust volume by pressing the + and - buttons.
    • Control music and video playback — including play/pause and next/previous — by pressing the centre button.
    • Record voice memos on supported devices.
    • Answer and end calls.

    Steel mesh caps for protection.

Stainless steel mesh caps protect the precision acoustic components from dust and debris. You can remove the caps for cleaning or replace them with an extra set that's included in the box.

The trick is to choose the correct ear tip to get a good seal in the ear. If the seal is poor, the bass will be reduced. With a good seal the sound and noise isolation is quite good.

  • God Awful

    1.0 out of 5 stars

The sound is flat, no bass whatsoever, uncomfortable in your ear, and overpriced. Use EarPods. Seriously.

I have them and they are really good, may be the best i ever had in terms of sound quality and comfortability, but i seriously can't believe that MAC will not be aware that the rubber that goes on it needs replacement every several months. The fact that they are not available is really revealing of their intention to make you buy new ones.
As they changed the plug for the Iphone a few years ago when they didn't needed it, now they are coming out with a product that you can't fix. At least up to today!

As soon as you put them in, it's like wearing earplugs. They cut out most of the sound around you, including all the white noise that you'll quickly realize is actually quite loud on a a plane. As a result, when you watch movies with them, you don't need to turn up the volume nearly as high and you can hear much more of the detail in the soundtrack. Not only does this improve your movie watching experience, it reduces the amount of fatigue you'd normally experience from being exposed to loud noise for the duration of the flight. I put them in from the moment I sit down, even if they're not plugged into anything and don't take them off until the plane lands. Just remember to turn the volume down first if you ever plug them into an inflight entertainment system, because it's almost always set way too loud by the person before you who didn't have these. As a bonus, on long flights, I also find them small and comfortable enough to sleep in. Just be a bit mindful when you have them out of the case and out of your ears. The tips can fall off and then be difficult to find if they roll under someone's seat. It's happened to me about three times in about four years of flying with these, but it's a pain when it does.
