As I am walking or even driving in my vehicle, the alarm mode (both phone and hipkey) sounds and silences on its own. Seems something is causing interference or a lost BT signal. So far, I'm not thrilled.

Nope, not since October. There are so many embarrassing false alarms that it is unusable. I've played with all the settings to no avail. I'm surprised this product is still in the Apple Store because it is not reliable. It is nicely designed and well made and looks good, if only it worked well.

It doesn't charge, terrible waste of money. Apple shouldn't have it on the store.

On emailing the manufacturers about a repair I've had no response. However useful it is it's no use if it's not reliable and the makers can't or won't repair it. I'll also mention that when it did work it is quite clunky and inconvenient to set up. Also it only supports 1 divide and as I have an iPhone and an iPad that is a major disadvantage.
