Will AirPort Extreme take my dongle so I can use is wirelessly?

I have a dongle for my mobile internet, but as I have a MacBook Air it only has one USB port so it causes a few problems using the internet and trying the sync my iPhone. If I get the AirPort Extreme can I plug the dongle into that and then connect to the internet through that?

Any help would be great.

  • The USB port still provides no direct connection to internet access, that's what the WAN port is for.

  • Go into the apple store and search for a usb hub this will allow you 4 usb ports
