Yes, you can. However, you need to get the Lightning to 30-pin adapter so that you can plug it into your ihome, then your iPhone 5, and you're set.

Yes - I am using it with my iHome and it works just fine - all functions are as they were before. The only snag of course, is that you won't be able to mount the phone nicely vertical like before but in my case, I am now simply placing the iPhone horizontally on the iHome clock radio so it is still nicely visible. However, iHome needs to update the app as the weather information gets chopped off at the top in landscape mode! lol
