what ipad should a college student get? to us the university book?

• I recommend that you get an iPad with a larger screen. The iPad with retina display is much better as you can see the text of the university book much more clearly. However in terms of weight an iPad 1 or iPad 2 is better because the graphic of the retina display can make the iPad slightly heavier but the benefits of the retina display on the text side of things make a huge difference in the reading. So I do recommend the iPad with retina display. iPad mini is too small to read university text. Having a big screen is a huge benefit.
