If I buy the new 4th generation iPad, will I be able to buy the Camera Connection Kit with the lightning connection or will it have the 30 pin?

The 4th has lightning only. I saw the live event they showed a lightning camera cable and lightning USB cable. So only lightning will work, they may have an adaptor though.

You should be getting the Camera Connection Kit with the Lightning connection not the 30 pin. If I remember correctly I did see the adapter during the Keynote this morning..
