can laptop keyboards be replaced?
I have a 13" Macbook with a light-up keyboard that I've had for around 4 years, and a few of the keys have been damaged or broke off. The functions of the keys still work, but the black key itself has broken off. Wanting to know whether or not if the individual keys or the keyboard itself is able to be replaced. If so, where can I get 'em?

Is there a way to connect my time capsule to the hotspot created by my iphone 5 on the LTE network (I have no ethernet cable for DSL/WAN)
I have read that the airport express may be able to be used as the wireless bridge (connect to the iphone hotspot and then into the TC) but I can't find a definitive answer. If the AE can do it I would have thought the TC could but I can't find a way.
Internet is only provided by LTE through Iphone 5
I want to use my TC as a source for ethernet and extend/or create wifi
I need to get an ethernet connection for two home theater products that don't support wifi- Asked by Brad T from Saskatoon

Can I use this (or other external USB powered dvd drives) to boot my late 2012 27" iMac from a system disc such as DiskWarrier?
I tried yesterday, but after waiting a very long time, I gave up. I wasn't sure when the USB power would kick in to allow the booting to take place from the external player.
thanks for your help.

Yes.
I bought Apple Thunderbolt to FireWire Adapter for my Mac Book Pro with Retina Display. Then I realized it is FireWire 800 instead of FireWire 400. I bought the iWires FireWire 800 to FireWire 400 Cable and used it with Apple Thunderbolt to FireWire Adapter and was able to capture video from my Sony DV recorder using Apple Final Cut Pro X.
I think it is possible to use the Belkin FireWire 800/400 9-Pin to 4-Pin Cable as well, although I have not try it. Just make sure your DV recorder is using 4-pin or 6-pin FireWire port.- Answered by Tang Fung W from Hong Kong

Answer
If money is not a problem, a Mac Book Pro is the best choice all day long. I have owned Macs ( Apples ) since the early 90s. Actually, I just bought another one 2 weeks ago. What a rocket. The Mac Book Pro is not only a much better choice in all aspects, but it's much more tough physically and durable too. I hope this info helps.

KEYBOARD SOFTWARE UPDATE?
I just upgraded the software on my old Macbook Pro to Snow Leopard bc I bought an external USB keyboard (mac, with numerical keypad), and I was told that it needed 10.6.8 to work.
However, when I type on it, it does not type letters... but symbols.
HELP!
Not sure if I need to do a keyboard software update... and if so, where to get such a thing.
Thank you!- Asked by Aarti S from Los Angeles

Both sizes, when you customize them on the apple website, can choose either magic mouse, or magic trackpad. If you want both, it is $70. Also on both, on the apple website, you can choose the wireless keyboard or the wired one.

You have two choices. You can buy Microsoft Office for Mac 2011, which comes in a few versions, home, business, etc. Or you can buy iWork for Mac, which is made up of Keynote, Pages, and Numbers, doing similar functions as Powerpoint, Word, and Excel. Each of the three components are separately available in the Mac App Store for downloading. Each approach has its supporters, although I use Microsoft Office for Mac to stay completely compatible with others using Office.
