Reviews for Apple EarPods with Remote and Mic

I have been looking to buy a new set of headphones for a while, however, couldn't justify spending £100+.

This evening I decided to buy a set of EarPods from my local Apple Store. The quality of the sound as good, if not better than some of the professional headphones I have tried over the last month.

The tones are clear and the base is superb. I thoroughly recommend EarPods if you are looking to replace your headphones

These are completely useless - they just fall out of my ears. No surprise really given there's nothing to keep them in.
The sound is better, but if anything there is now too much bass.
Very very disappointed, and presumably there's no way of buying the old model now.

These earphones are the best that i have ever used, much better audio quality than the Dr. Dre Beats that i used to use. the earphones fit tightly and do not fall out at all, they are comfortable, it doesnt feel like you are wearing them at all. The audio, you are able to hear every single beat in the music.

I would extremely recommend this product. I may even go and buy more!!

Bass is pumping, very loud and very clear sound, much better than the old headphones. Very comfortable to wear in ear, and doesn't fall out as much as the old ones. Also, not that expensive for such a great set of earphones. Buy now, you won't be disappointed!

Obviously a lot of thought and effort has gone into the design of these earphones, and it has paid off.

The treble is crisp and clear, the bass is controlled and even at high volume does not distort. My only criticism is that the bass is not quite as deep as I would personally like, and not as deep as you would get with noise isolating in ear headphones. To this end, the mid frequencies do tend to dominate a little, but I'm sure if you are willing to spend 5 minutes in the music EQ section in the settings, you can find a good balance that is to all tastes.

All in all, a great set of earphones for the price tag, that work well, sit comfortably in the ear and sound good. Plus, if you lose them, you may not cry as much as you would over a much higher priced pair!

I accidentally left these in my pocket and they went through the wash. Came out without a single problem, plus they're now clean and smelling of lavender.

These are really fantastic earphones (pods). They are a huge improvement over the previous stock apple earphones. They fit comfortably and don't fall out. The control buttons are more ergonomic and responsive. And the sound quality. Wow. From bass to treble the frequencies are just perfect. Everything is well balanced and I'm hearing parts of songs I never even knew existed before.
If I get the same amount of time I got with the old pair I'll be a very happy customer. So far they are top notch.

After the good reviews these have got so far and that I was in the market for new earphones I took a punt.

So far I am pleased. They are extremely comfortable. They sit in the ear rather than requiring to be pushed in so that a silicon grommet can expand and grip your ear canal! That does mean they feel unstable, like they will fall out, but they stay put pretty well.


I have tried jumping around shaking my head side to side (with no one around!) and they stayed in. I wore them on my commute by train today and one fell out once on the way. I think this is due to the fact that to a certain extent they rely on the weight of the cable keeping them in, so if you tuck the cable through a T-shirt that can cause the cable to get pushed up.



I wore them on my bicycle commute today. They don't work quite so well. Left pod kept falling out. I think this is because my pollution mask traps the cable which can then push the pod upwards and cause it to fall out.



The best thing I like about these is the non-rubberised cable. So much easier to handle and untangle! – just what I had been looking for.



Overall very good for £25, best if you are wearing them with the cable providing a downwards tension.

Just got my new iphone 5 and they came with the new apple headphones which are called earpods.These new headphones fit nicely in my ears.


I am happy with my iphone 5 and my headphones.
