I just bought a pair of Nike Lunarglide+ shoes. I wore them yesterday and my left arch began to hurt. Now I have a blue bruise there. Suggestions?
The plastic container that maintains the hole for the sensor sticks more than the rest of the sole. Putting pressure on my arch.

is there an accessory to go with the kit that has the sensor go around your ankle?
if you have ever heard of them i wear Vibram fivefingers barefoot running shoes. there are no laces on most of them so the only place to put the sensor would be my anke

If I have the sensor in my shoe, but lose the iPod connector can I no longer log runs to my Nike+ site? Can I buy a new set and keep my old data?
I've gone through two sensors for my shoe, but lost the connection to my iPod - would I be able to buy a new sport kit and still apply those runs to the miles I already have online?
