How many charges can you get per fully charged Mophie for an Ipod 7g?

I'm taking a long plane trip to Europe and I want to watch videos and listen to music the whole way. I know I can get about 4 hours on a full charge (of videos.) I know I can charge it with the Mophie but how many times before I need to recharge the Mophie? Thanks.
