Does it work with iPad 3 on iOS 5.1?

I'm getting the new iPad and would like a keyboard to fit with it. Does this keyboard work with the new 2012 iPad running the lastest software?

    Yes, it works fine for me, however a bit wobbly as rear contour of ipad2 & 3 not the same as 1...solved with a rear protection shell ie griffin impact or similar.
