Can I use this item on my mini mac

Can this projector be used in my mini mc also is it wireless I also note this item comes with a cable that you can attach on ipod or iPad no information is written if cable can be used on mini mc before I buy this item I would like more information if this item can also be used on a Apple Mini Mc.

    The "In the Box" section includes

    Storage pouch
    Micro-USB cable
    Wrist strap
    User guide

    So the USB cable should do the job.
