Does the cover have carrying handle

No, unfortunately, there isn't any handle on the Smart Cover BUT that's a darn fine idea! I have the ideal, small sized Roots leather briefcase that is simply perfect for carrying my iPad2. As well, there's ample room left over for your iPhone and other gadgets you might use on a daily basis.

No. It is as it looks in the picture. Simply a cover. Handles wouldn't be a bad idea though. It's slippery in your hands.
