is this an ipod charger?

i just wanted to know if the universal dock adapter is a charger for my ipod 4. so plz comment and tell because this thing is very cheap only 9.00$ and i want this to charge my ipod.

  • no for example my ihome needs a dock connecter to fit the ipod touch into it (if u have 1 of these for ur ipod touch 3rd gen u can use it instead of this)
