white against white?

I can't tell what this thing looks like. Apple, could you photograph pure white things against, maybe a blue, grey, pink background?

Does this plug directly into the wall like the old Express Base Stations, or does it have a cord.

    One of Apple's product photos (on the product page) shows the back panel of the unit. This is where you will see a figure-of-eight shaped power connector. Therefore, the answer to your question is that the unit is connected to the power supply via a power cable.

    This is different to the original Airport Express products from a couple of years ago, which had an integrated power connector.
