I think it works with the ipod touch 4th Genereation.

No. Along the top of the page you see 'Studio-quality guitar sound on iPad, iPhone, or Mac' and also a bit lower on the page you can check in the compatibility section to see the iPhone 4, 4S, iPad and iPad 2.
