Overview
The Kensington Bluetooth Hands-Free Visor Car Kit lets you make or receive calls on your iPhone via a Bluetooth connection. All you do is press a speed-dial button and it does the rest - freeing you from the need to input a password or navigate your contacts while driving.
Convenient speed dialing
You can program the speed-dial buttons by simply pressing and holding each one while connected with the number you'd like to save. Then just press one of the speed-dial buttons to make a call.
Extended talk time
This kit includes two batteries. When one battery is in the speakerphone - providing up to 10 hours of talk time - the other can be charging and getting ready for action. You also get a USB charger that plugs into your car's cigarette lighter, and can charge your iPhone, iPod or other USB device (cables not included).

Installed this in the car a couple of days ago, and I must say I'm impressed with it. It sits firmly on the visor and is completely non-intrusive, defying my initial fears. The power and call buttons are very easily accessible. The position of the volume control slider is optimal, as is the volume - conversations can be heard very clearly over traffic noise.
And the microphone is great too - during one of my initial calls I asked if I could be heard clearly even when speaking in a low tone and I was told that I was being heard clearly
I use two mobile phones (a Nokia and iPhone 3G). Setting up the device with my phones via bluetooth was straightforward, and I particularly like how easy it is to switch between the phones using the switch button.
The only small issue i have is that the call button (with the phone symbol) seems too small, as if its not conspicuous enough - I'm probably just annoyed that at first I thought it was a logo rather than a button, silly me!
I can't comment on battery life yet, but I've made a lot of calls since install and its still on the original charge; and it's great it comes with a spare battery that's chargeable in the car through the cigarette port so no worries there

This is so easy to use and install. What I like about this is the numbers that you set on the unit is a one button push to dial.
Getting two batteries means you always have a spare for when the battery dies. Battery can charge in car and in home.

The speaker is so poor you have to strain to hear it which defeats the whole purpose.

This unit is out of sight in the car when the visor is up.
The reception is very clear when taking calls and my friends tell me they have no issues with background noise in the car when I am speaking.
