    This headphones are fantastic! Outside noise reduction is superb & when your listening to your favourite track you may forget where you are! The mute button built into the headphones is great for temporarily having to stop hearing a track.

    These headphones come in a seriously sexy box with a great carry case for travelling, you also get a handfree cable configured for users of the iPhone ( now that's I call great thinking!) & normal cable for your other audio devices.

    The sound quality is off the radar! When listening to your favourite track which has enough bass to launch a rocket Beats handles this effectively with out distortion.

    So £279.95 seems quite alot for a pair of headphones but once you have tried these you will realise that to produce sound quality this good you would normally have to pay somewhere in the region of a £1000.00. These Beats By Dre deliver sound quality like i have never heard before, it's almost like you are in the recording studio hearing the artist and the music first hand, and the noise cancellation is fantastic, i wore these on a flight back from the states and didn't hear the engine noise or screaming kids. well worth the money …More

    These really are very good headphones. The noise canceling works well on the train, and the sound quality is much better then my previous ones, they are also more comfortable. If you are prepared to spend the money, go for it, and treat yourself.

    Two small niggles. Firstly one purely of personal preference - I would have liked the branding to be more discreet, as I feel on the tube, I could become a muggers wet dream. Secondly, Apple have got much better at not just replacing the $ with a £, but these are not far off. That said, it is a good product and gets 5*s anyway.     …More

    Absolutely amazing product. My only complaint is the red cable, Mine has now frayed 3 times, all 3 times I have been given a new replacement, but the black cable doesn't seem to do it. No idea why.
    Sound quality is insane though. I have never heard anything like it. Crisp, deep punchy sounds. And the noise cancelation works like a treat.

    Lets start with the bad....
    These headphones are not cheap... £270 is expensive for something that feels very delicate in your hands especially if you want to get a lot of usage. The headphones also require batteries which is a bit annoying when you are paying a high price. The sound isolation isnt the greatest....for the listener...good enough to block outside noise.... but the only problem is the sound is heard by others around the listener. That being said, i have to point out that the pros certainly outway the cons. The bass on these headphones is simply the best i have ever heard on any headphones/earphones. I own a pair of shure 530's and the sound quality is very good but the bass is nothing compared to the Dre's. I have tested out the bose headphones at the apple store. Yes, i think the durability of the bose is better but if you are looking for headphones with bass then these are for you. I listened to tracks by Maroon 5 and Calvin Harris.....the bass quality made the hairs on my neck stand up. The only real advice i can give is to say that if you are thinking of purchasing these, you should visit the apple store and test them out. …More

    Bought these headphones a month ago, couldn't believe how awesome they sounded. You can hear every single note perfectly, as I pay for my tunes at a 99p each I expect to hear the whole tune properly and now I can. HOWEVER!!!!!! be careful they are made cheaply, mine broke in the first 2 weeks!!!! for £280 not worth it. My mute button broke off completely and I have no idea how the that happened. So if you do buy these you will be blown away with the sound quality but remember they wont last long :( …More

    yes, u have to also put in that these headphone come with two cables and cleaning cloth. One of those cables has a mic for your phone. So your not just paying for the headphones. The headphones are definitely worth it. stylish,great clarity and bass, and better then bose. …More

    the solo don't have noise cancellation like the studio. also they have a mat finish and are not glossy with a piano finish like these. another difference is that the studio are about twice the size and come with a soft case instead of a hard shelled one like these …More
