You'll Never Forget About Dre With These!
Written by AA

This headphones are fantastic! Outside noise reduction is superb & when your listening to your favourite track you may forget where you are! The mute button built into the headphones is great for temporarily having to stop hearing a track.
These headphones come in a seriously sexy box with a great carry case for travelling, you also get a handfree cable configured for users of the iPhone ( now that's I call great thinking!) & normal cable for your other audio devices.
The sound quality is off the radar! When listening to your favourite track which has enough bass to launch a rocket Beats handles this effectively with out distortion.
I salute Dr Dre for a superb set of headphones …More226 of 264 people found this useful

you won't be disappointed

So £279.95 seems quite alot for a pair of headphones but once you have tried these you will realise that to produce sound quality this good you would normally have to pay somewhere in the region of a £1000.00. These Beats By Dre deliver sound quality like i have never heard before, it's almost like you are in the recording studio hearing the artist and the music first hand, and the noise cancellation is fantastic, i wore these on a flight back from the states and didn't hear the engine noise or screaming kids. well worth the money …More

Great product
Written by AB from Faareham

These really are very good headphones. The noise canceling works well on the train, and the sound quality is much better then my previous ones, they are also more comfortable. If you are prepared to spend the money, go for it, and treat yourself.
Two small niggles. Firstly one purely of personal preference - I would have liked the branding to be more discreet, as I feel on the tube, I could become a muggers wet dream. Secondly, Apple have got much better at not just replacing the $ with a £, but these are not far off. That said, it is a good product and gets 5*s anyway. …More129 of 154 people found this useful

Cheap material selection (top arch)
Written by AZ from Toa alta

The plastic from a Lego is way better!
It is a very good headphone! in terms of sound. But they used a very bad selection of materials for the top arch, to go short, it breaks by no reason. Mine lastes two weeks of easy treatment @ my chaise lounge! it cracked just on top of the screws. Went to best buy for a replacement an both at the display were broke at both sides, incredible! How they pretend to do sales with that display?
Had to change them for th Bose QC 15, I admit the Beats sound better, but the Bose won't break.
As soon as the flaw gets corrected i'll get another Studios. …More1 of 2 people found this useful

is it worth the money?

Not really no. They are so cheaply made, they bleed so much noise and break so easily. I estimate they cost about 30 quid to make.
You can buy a set of Dj headphones for 120 quid that are as good as these and sound as good, only you dont get the noise cancellation. Thats all these headphones are good for.
They do go loud, but are not 'better' than bose, or any other headphone for that matter. I have six pairs of high end headphones, inc bose, and i would not say these are 'better', as they are all designed to do different things, so it would be wrong to compare them.
Everyone wants these because celebrities and footballers wear them, thats all, and because they go 'loud', people get the illusion they are 'great' and have 'great sound quality'. They are very comfy to wear, but like i say, cheaply made. Mine are already going back for repair. However, they are a nice looking, comfy, loud set of cans. I paid £219 for mine. …More- Answered by AH from bracknell
