I began to worry when it was showing the indoor CO2 levels in my home/office at 5000ppm. Tried it elsewhere in the house and it was showing very high readings and sent me into paranoid mode. Googling articles on high CO2 levels and blaming the house for every headache I've ever had.
In the end I spent £300 on a professional CO2 measuring device and discovered that my office levels are actually around 700ppm as is the rest of the house which is what I should expect living in the countryside.
Bottom line is I wasted £140 on the weather station and another £300 for piece of mind !!! …

It's a gadget, but not as we know it…

On opening, th Well, bought one of these Netatmo stations after my previous weather gadgets decided to stop working after 4 years. On opening, there's no doubt the two units (internal, and external) are stylish, hence the cost, no doubt). Everything was easy to set up. I was soon able to check weather data using all my iOS and OSX kit. OK, the information is relatively limited (compared to a full weather station which would cost half the price), but the apps are attractive and much thought has been put into the whole Netatmo ecosystem.
I do believe I got what I paid for. 4 stars only because of the need to protect the outside unit from rain. This is a weather station - call me picky, but surely something meant to go outside would be waterproof?
Apart from that great fun, and using the Netatmo website to see (on a map) weather data uploaded from other Netatmo stations across the globe is a fun feature! …

The indications of storms and increase in CO2 are surprisingly accurate. I compared the CO2 measurement to a professionel device from a friend and the readings were almost identical.
Only minor perhaps is that the information regarding air quality for the outside module comes from a website. How accurate these readings are is not entirely certain. But the temperature and moist readings are definitely correct.
All in all, I am very pleased with this product and the fact I can monitor it from any device. …
