Brilliant case
This fits my iPhone 4S superbly. It's not too bulky or too thin, offering good protection without making it too hefty.

Saved my bacon many a time!
I had the iPhone 4 version of this case for two years and not once has it failed me, aesthetically it still looks as good as new ( and it's been through the mill given I work in the engineering industry) and has not 'sagged' around the iPhone.
I now have this (4s) version:
The bevel around the screen offers great protection should your iPhone take frontal impact as it is this bevel that absorbs the shock thus protecting the glass. You can take my word for it too - I have unluckily dropped my phone several times, twice from a fair height onto concrete. So as I descended the ladder, with an explicit outburst for each rung, I picked up my phone to find that it had sustained no damage.
I would throughly recommend this case, it looks great, does not inhibit the functionality of the sleep/lock, volume and ringer controls and offers robust protection. So if you're looking for a tight gripping, slender case this is the one. …- Written by Ian D from wirral

Great case - but marks iPhone
This is a great case, but very difficult to remove as it is a tight fit, and very rigid, and by doing so has caused scuff marks al l around the metal band...so avoid if you want to keep your iPhone in pristine condition...!! …

Protective and stylish case
I have the red case and have found it to be an excellent protector for my iPhone. It fits the phone snugly and has all the right c ut-outs for the earphone jack, camera lens and charging point. Unfortunately I have dropped my phone a couple of times and no damage (fortunately!). I recommend highly! …

not included with the case and I can tell you from experience that although the case does not have m uch of a "lip" over the screen, it IS enough to cause issues with an existing screen protector …

The colors online are a bit misleading. The purple one is PURPLE, not blueish and the red is RED.
