Does not work
Initially the product worked with a very low sound, then simply stopped after a few weeks. I would not recommend it.

Why so negative??
Read the other negative reviews and i fundamentally disagree, my headphones work GREAT and i by mistake even washed them in the wa shing machine and they still work. If anything then yes the sound is maybe on the low side, but thats the one thing Jabra should improve. …

They broke after a month!
Basic use - just at the gym, charging quite regularly. Left them to charge and returned they had not charged and broke.
With cont inual sweat they do not fit in your ears very well.
i doubted other reviewers when they said this but its true. They're also very quiet - in a busy gym you can hear the background sounds more than the music. …- Written by Jason B from Barnstaple

Potentially decent sound, let down by a shockingly poor fit
I bought these for commuting, but needed a headset with a built-in FM radio as mobile data reception is patchy so an internet radi o app isn't an option.
I'm tired of headphone cables getting worn and money going down the drain as a result, so wanted a Bluetooth headset where this wasn't going to be an issue.
The earphones do not fit at all well. When you push the speakers to your ears, the sound is decent with good bass, but unless you sit there with your fingers in your ears, you lose all of the quality and they sound like bargain-basement 'phones.
Why on earth Jabra didn't think to supply rubber ear-tips that actually fit snugly is beyond me, especially for a headset designed to be used in noisier environments.
I've pretty-much wasted the best part of £100. …- Written by Daniel A from Beckenham

Answer
I wondered the same thing I actually took mine back thinking some had returned my product without th e armband but the employees in the store opened several other packages and none of them had the arm band . I think the manufacturer decided to stop giving away free armbands as a cost cutting solution. They cost the same reguardless though …

does it work with siri?
- Asked by Jared H from Lake City
- 09-Jan-2012
Answer
Oh you brought up a good question, yes it works with Siri but the headset thinks each inquiry with S iri is a phone call and the Jabra voice says "Call ended" after each time you use Siri. TOTALLY annoying and Jabra needs to make that stop. Total design flaw, which is pretty lame. …

I wear prescription glasses will these work for me fit wise?
- Asked by Koleen K from Saint George
- 07-Sep-2012
Answer
I have had this headset for a couple weeks and wear them with my sunglasses and do not think your gl asses will be an issue, however they are not easy to get on each ear and get adjusted properly. I don't like the fit overall. They work just ok and its great to be able to have stereo bluetooth, but you might want to shop around and see what else there is available. I like them because there is no cord in my way but they could be improved a lot. Apple store has a good return policy though so if they do not fit you can return them. …
