Overview
The RingO Holder for iPad 2, with its precision-engineered and patented aluminium ring, clips snugly onto your iPad and clicks easily onto any RingO mount.
RingO Holder for iPad 2
With its special tactile coating, the holder adds minimal additional depth to your iPad 2, making it comfortable to hold and ready to be mounted whenever you like. One size does not fit all...
Firstly, I'd like to say that this is a well made product and seemingly worth the fairly hefty price tag - I have a Vogel wall bra cket for my TV and it matches the build quality of that.
Please be careful when purchasing this product as it won't fit all headrests. Within the images of the product it shows that the product is fitted to a car mount with narrow metal uprights - I naively thought that this was just for 'illustrative purposes' as is often the case.
I have a Volvo XC60 which has a far 'chunkier/broader' headrest without the metal poles. An expansion kit of some kind would have been a welcome addition to the pack.

Brilliant
Fantastic stand, with so many different ways to use it. I particularly like using it to type on, it really transformed my views on the ease of typing on the ipad. The wall mount makes for simple and stylish storage, but the real gem has been the car mount. Absolutely perfect for keeping those in the back seats entertained. …

This is quality – no wonder Apple are selling it. Nice finish, secure fit, feels solid. The table stand is a bit plastic (but work s fine). The cover is really thin – I just leave it on. Car mount is excellent, wall mount is nice. It would be even better if they did one that tilted and swivelled a bit. Where do you get extra wall mounts? …

Good, but...
Well-designed basic case, good iPad 2 protection, and a neat, well thought-out modular mount system, are the highlights here. Noth ing wrong with the simple wall mount and the prop up stand, although over expensive and plasticky compared to the rest of the kit, works too. But UK purchasers note - the car mount sold in this 'all in one' kit uses torq screws, which are not common in the UK - and doesn't fit either of the two cars I've tried it in... …
