Easy call and music management
Sensitive microphone, volume, call and track controls are all integrated into the headset so you don't need to take out your iPhone for changing volume, tracks or picking up the call.

One day....
After various attempts to find a good bluetooth headset I gave this a go. Plus points - beats Plantronics/Motorola hands down on c omfort - though the connecting cable could be longer and it still makes me look like Dumbo (I can live with that). The downside? As seems to be the case with all bluetooth headsets, the volume level at top whack is pathetic. I'm not deaf - I can hear people in the 'real world' calling me Dumbo when the volume is at it's highest which makes the 'bass-thumping streo sound' description absurdly exaggerated. If Plantronics, Motorola, Senheisser and Philips pool resources maybe one day .........? …

Poor Volume + Poor Bluetooth Connection
Bought these after trying Plantronics and Motorola S9-HD's as other sites had rated these well. Had them for 4 days and had to re turn them.
Volume level was terrible, even with both the iPhone and Headset turned up to full. The connection over Bluetooth was unreliable even when the iPhone was less than 6" away from the Headset in the top front pocket of my suit jacket.
Plus points - Good fit, audio reproduction and battery life.
Negatives - Unusable when on the move which is a shame. …- Written by Phil M from Rayleigh

Tried them all...
I have had the plantronics and Motorola BT headphones and like all other users ended up with these. When used during sports found that hey moved around a touch which resulted in a loss of volume. When used in the office (I work on my own) I found sound quality to be superb and the phone function a handy bonus although if you move around too much the mike tends to clip your speech.
Connectivity was great when still but when active I had to use an armband to get the audio to stream without dropouts
I think there is still a way to go with BT headsets before they tick all the boxes but this one is probably the best of the BT neckband headsets out there. …- Written by Andy S from Gloucester

I was under the impression apple did not allow the Bluetooth profile for track controls on iPhone/iPad. Are these different for some reason?
- Asked by Rob T from Plainsboro
- 17-Oct-2010
Answer
This was resolved with the iOS 4.1 upgrade. I can verify that since upgrading I can now move to the next track or the previous track using the buttons on my bluetooth stereo headset (not the Philips). I am not able to fast forward or rewind within the same track. However, this is a significant improvement over previous generations of Apple's stereo bluetooth implementation that lacked the basic track management capability.
