NO, but it is better, as the "Wand" also called a stylus, which is provided by Belkin with this product does not work,it does not respond properly.
- I bought a package Holder + Wand from BigW $ 38 , and was forced to buy a different "Stylus" from Targus product AMM01TBUS for allto wor well.
