How will my order be delivered?
Orders weighing less than 1 kg and under € 100 (excl. VAT or discounts) will be delivered via the postal service, no signature is required but deliveries cannot be tracked. All other orders are delivered by carrier during business hours and a signature will be required.

When can I expect my order?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is automatically calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address.

My order has shipped but I have not received it yet.
The carrier may have trouble finding your address or may have already attempted delivery when no one was home. Should there be any problems with your delivery, Apple will strive to inform you accordingly.
Check the Self Service website for the latest status of your delivery.
If your delivery was sent by postal service and you have not received it after 5 days, please contact Apple Store Customer Service

I have checked the tracking but my delivery is not moving.
Depending on where your product is shipping from, it is possible that the tracking will display infrequent updates although it is on schedule. If your order, however, has passed the scheduled delivery date as advised in your shipment notification, please contact Apple Store Customer Service. We will investigate with the appropriate carrier and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Can I ship to an address outside Ireland?
Due to VAT reasons, we cannot offer delivery outside Ireland, however you can place your order on the Apple Store for the country of your chosen delivery address.
Visit the Apple Store Online and select your country at the bottom of the page. For countries not currently serviced by the Apple Store Online, you can find a local reseller here
Where billing and shipping address are different, you may be asked to provide additional information/documentation before your order can be processed.

I need to change my shipping address.
If you have not yet received your shipment notification you can amend your details online via our Self Service website. If you are unable to modify your shipping details here, please contact the Apple Store Customer Service.
If your order is already in transit, please contact the carrier indicated on the Self Service website directly.

I will not be at home at the scheduled delivery date.
As our carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. You can then contact the carrier directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date or alternatively amend your delivery address.

How much am I charged for shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over the value of €100 (excl. VAT or discounts). For orders under the value of €100 (excl. VAT or discounts), the shipping cost is € 7.90 (excl. VAT or discounts). This charge is automatically added to your order.

What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?
In case of any problems with your delivery, Apple will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please call Apple Store Customer Service.
