My G5 is from 2004 and I have OS X 10.4.11
Processor 2.1 GHz Power PC G5
Memory 512 MB

What is the range of the AirPort Extreme?
We are a publicly owned house museum, with two buildings. We must extend our wifi and web access to our main building, about 150 feet away, in order to monitor the controls for its climate control system. (We prefer not to run a cable, because of our site's historic nature.)

macbook pro 15 inch for producing music
I'm deciding between a mbp 15 inch or 13 inch
leaning towards 15 so i can have more space on the screen for producing music
can macbook pro run programs like fl studio (musicproducing program)
Im going into college i mainly use computer for
browsing forums
occasionally play video games (HoN, League of Legends, Combat Arms, etc)
produce music
would a macbook pro 15 inch be a good fit for it?
and i was wondering if the retina upgrade was worth the money

MacBook Air Vs. Macbook Pro???
I am just starting to get into graphic design and want to get a Mac. Besides graphic design I would use for normal everyday web searching. I have never had one before and cant for the life of decide between the MacBook Air Vs. Macbook Pro. Can anyone please help me?

Macbook pro's are much better for heavier work like graphic design. Though they are slightly heavier but it is not much. The macbook pro is the better macbook in general

MacKeeper has "popped up" on my computer...is this an Apple product?????
This is the first time I have had any unwanted pop ups to do with cleaning up my computer hard drive. I am just not sure if its a scam or not. They claim I need it - badly!

Yes. But it varies from product to product, depending on demand. Expect between 5%-10%. iPad rarely get discounted though!

No, the adapter works the other way around. It's to connect a Mac with a thunderbolt port to a device that has a Firewire800 port.

Yes, the new macbook pro would be excellent, however, if you are just doing data entry/ accounting (namely text based stuff), the macbook air is a lighter, cheaper option that will be plenty fast and powerful for your needs.
