  • Find anything.

    Drag down the center of the Home screen to bring up the new Spotlight. You can search iPhone and find articles on Wikipedia, places nearby, movie showtimes, and more. Choose what's shown in Settings > General > Spotlight Search.

  • Quickly respond to a notification.

    When a notification appears, pull it down to reveal actions you can take. For example, with an iMessage, pull down and you can reply right there.

  • Show people where you are.

    When you’re having a conversation in Messages, you can share your location. In the conversation window, tap Details, then tap Send My Current Location.

  • Reach your favorite people.

    Double-click the Home button, then tap a Favorite or Recent contact to make a call or send a message. You can add a person to Favorites in Contacts.
