Can you connect two computers with this, since there are two thunderbolt ports, or is it only for daisy chaining thunderbolt ports?

AnswerNo. The second port is for daisy-chaining the Thunderbolt buss through to another device. You cannot connect two computers to this device to share a Fibre-Channel peripheral.

Best AnswerNo. This is simply an adapter for Thunderbolt-equipped Mac to connect to Fibre Channel infrastructure such as an Xsan. It does not allow a Mac Pro with an FC card to connect to any Thunderbolt peripherals.

AnswerNo, you can't. It is ONLY for connecting to a Fibrechannel SAN.
Its basically the same as a dual port LSI Gb/s Fibrechannel PCIe card, but instead of being a PCIe card, its thunderbolt so that you can use it with mac mini's or with laptops, allowing them to access fibrechannel storage area networks.- Answered by Seth G from Davenport

Am I missing something here - what is the storage capacity? There's a lot about data transfer rates, but I don't see anything about storage capacity.

AnswerThere is no storage capacity - this adapter is for connecting a Mac mini, iMac or other Macs with Thunderbolt to a high capacity Fibre Channel storage system. An example of this kind of storage would be the PROMISE VTrak x30 Series 48TB RAID Subsystem ($25,999.00 in the Apple Store).
