    Inaccurate

    I purchased this device 2 weeks ago, my wife & I use it on our indivual iPad. Loved it until she took it to the doctor with her & they testedi it. Was told it was not accurate, numbers were too high. Proved it to her by taking pressure with there equipment. It took the trust out of the device, at least until i see an update come out that states "More Accurate than last update".

    I had one of these BP cuffs and sent it back. It's made extremely well and the iPhone and iPad app is great;however, the sensor in the cuff is very difficult to place in the exact position even after watching the video and reading the documentation. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't, even if I had it on my arm and didn't touch it.. When it worked it worked perfectly and accurately, just couldn't get the thing put on my arm correctly 100%. Hope this helps someone else. .

    Nice App/Uncomfortable Design

    The arm cuff is not as comfortable as the traditional ones used in medical settings, it pinches and hurts my arm. I was unable to locate a customer service phone number or email. The App for this product is nice, with large numbers and good charting functions.

    I was attracted by the design. Nice color and unique look. Unfortunately, the readings were consistently higher than my other bp and it hurt when it was measuring.
