What kind of cable do I need for a model # A1136 EMC NO 2065 ipod. It is 60 GB.
I think it is an ipod classic? 2005. Black front. I aquired it second hand but it didn't come with anything.

You can plug your iPod into any computer to charge it if you have the cable. Just be sure that iTunes on that computer does not automatically sync, or else you may lose all of your data on your device.

Will this product work with an older 20GB iPod?

No, you cant if in the U.S. because at&t does not allow tethering, it is possible if you lived in another country that has a service provider that does allow tethering

Hi
You need to buy an "Apple USB power adapter" or similar from another manufacturer.
Then connect the "Apple Dock Connector to USB cable" to it and you're off and running !!- Answered by RL from Aberdeen

Does the iphone charge while being synchronized (attached to PC)?
My Treo has a dock that is used for synchronizing and charging. Does apple have a comparable setup...either dock or cabling? Because of arthritis in my fingers, disconnecting and connecting the cables is an issue. Thanks.

You can't overcharge your iPod nano because when the charge is full, it will stop charging even though the plug is still in the iPod.
