Do you sell earphones in different sizes?

The earphones that come with the iPod touch are too big for my ears. They won't stay in. Do you manufacture smaller earphones? If so, could I trade in my big ones for smaller ones?

    Afraid its one size fits all, I thought it was just me who wanted smaller inner ear-phones!
