No It Will Not Work With The Case The Case Is To Thick And The Charger Adaptor Pins Will Not Reach Your iPhones Charging Slot

Most don't, but some cases, such as some of the Belkin range, have a removable bottom to dock, so instead of taking the whole case off, you just take the bottom off.

No, however, if you have an incase slider, you can just remove the bottom to dock it.
