Does this headset control the iPod/music player on my iPhone, too?

I want a bluetooth but also want to be able to control the music on my iPhone, just like I can with the stock Apple headphones, which are driving me crazy because of the cord but also they wear out every six months or so. I'm always listening to something.

    you cant control the music player but you can listen to songs
