What if the Macbook I ordered has a problem or defect?
What if the Macbook Pro I will order has a defect or damage upon arrival? Do I get to return the unit and get it replaced? If yes, who will handle the shipping fee?

Answer
The first year you have it, you are covered. You can choose to either take it into a store or you can request a box. Shipping will be handled by Apple. After one year, you are not covered unless you bought apple care.
