i want to buy new Imac 21 inch, can i get one with higher graphic card and ram? 1GB graphic, 8 or 16 ram?

  The Graphic Card is what it says unless you buy a 27 inch (the top one) the one starting at 3.1 GHz. You can upgrade the Graphics Card.
  
  The Ram can be upgraded, I think from 4 GB to 8GB on all models and up to 16GB on select models.
