Does the IMac come with or can you obtain a CD/DVD Drive?
I will be starting photography school and a CD/DVD drive will be needed as a lot of the material will be on CDs and DVDs.

No, the new iMacs do not include a CD/DVD drive. Apple sells an external drive (USB Superdrive) for $80.

the new IMACs do not have dvd/cd but you can use any external one. also you can set it up so all systems use this drive even though its only pluged into one. look under system prefs for dvd/cd sharing.
