Answer
You cannot sync either device with your car as your car doesn't contain an iTunes library. however, you can sync both devices with the same iTunes library on any computer. Any number of ipods, ipads or iphones can be synced with an itunes library on your computer but the ipod/ipad/iphone can only be synced with one iTunes library at a time. Do you really mean if you can connect both devices to you car at the same time?

Often yes. But I would check the manual of your car stereo system to see if it supports this.
