Does the Apple TV have internal storage?

  There is no internal storage. Movies, TV shows and music are either streamed from your iCloud or from iTunes that is on a computer on your same network using Home Sharing.

• No, but that's because it doesn't need to. It uses your apple ID and streams any media content from your icloud storage account.
