can i stream from an ntfs formatted external hard drive?
I have all my music and movies for itunes on an ntfs formatted hard drive. does apple tv support streaming from an ntfs formatted drive?

Yes. I've been doing so for months. I have a 2TB ext hdd formated in NTFS. All my HD movies are saved there and imported to iTunes. So both Mac and Pc can stream HD content to AppleTV without any problem.
