can i access nba.tv on apple tv Canada?

I have access to MLB and NHL on my apple TV home screen, but not NBA. We purchased the apple TV for the purpose of watching the NBA games through an NBA Gametime subscription (which we would purchase), but it is not available on our TV. We have checked for software updates and everything is up to date. I was told that it is possible that my internet service provider is blocking the NBA.tv app from my apple TV.....maybe this is accurate. Any suggestions??

    No, no nba.tv via Apple TV. Not in Ontario anyway.
