Awesome sound for such a small device
I was looking for a small wireless speaker for either my iPhone or iPad that my wife and I could bring out on the back deck for mu sic. I had the little iHome speakers but one of the kids thought they could use them more while at college ;-) I was a little surprised on the size (essentially 6 iPhones stacked on each other for reference) of the speaker and expected to be disappointed...I wasn't! The sound is awesome, the Bluetooth connection was easy and form and factor of the device really exceeds expectations. If the goal of Logitech is to undercut the expensive Bose and other folks making like products...job well done! Now (Hint Hint) if they can waterproof it or make a waterproof case for it so I can use it on the 'floating island' off of the back of our boat...that would be great! Good product and thus far well worth the price! …

Best bang for the buck
I'm seriously into audio and when I buy speakers - whether for my house, car or iPhone - I put a LOT of work into research and lis tening tests.
I'm not surprised Logitech came away with flying colors - over the years, they've invested a lot in developing speakers for home computers and their compact, inexpensive systems usually get top ratings.
The small "UE" mobile boombox is very portable (wont quite fit in your pocket but maybe if you have loose fitting cargo pants...), easy to use and - most importantly - sounds great.
It pairs over Bluetooth lickety-split (no passcode required, yay) and delivers clear, precise, rich sound with far more bottom end than you'd expect from a speaker this size (then again a LOT of the size in this puppy goes toward the ported bass enclosure - it has enough cubic volume to get some air moving).
Speaking of volume, it gets more than loud enough for any situation in which you think a 4 inch speaker will suffice :-) ok, maybe a little more than that!
For a while now I've wanted exactly this - a Bluetooth, battery powered speaker that can make my iPad and iPhone sound great, and one that's compact enough to take anywhere.
Trust me, this is the one. You'll find plenty of similar speakers for half the price, but they will all sound like it. For what you get from the Logitech Mobile Boombox, the $100 price is very reasonable (and before you check around, I already did and the Apple Store's $99 price is in line with what you'll find elsewhere - no big markup here).
Perhaps the best thing I can say about this speaker is it makes we want to find stuff to play over my iPhone & iPad just so I can listen to it! In the last few days I've used Pandora more than in the last 6 months. Now THAT'S a product endorsement! …- Written by Adam L from Sherman oaks

Exactly What I Was Looking For
Having sampled a couple other Bluetooth/Airplay speakers, I knew I wanted one. At the Apple Store ready to buy another speaker, I came across the Logitech UE. It looked cool, was half the price of others, and was remarkably small.
Based on other reviews, I went for it. It's fantastic! The sound quality is really pretty shocking given the size of the speaker. Great clarity and a decent amount of bass. If you are looking for an extremely mobile speaker that won't disappoint when it comes to performance...here you go! Well worth the money and as good (if not a bit better) than speakers twice to three times the price.
This was one of those times where I did a little bit of research and lucked out. The end result was that I got...exactly what I was looking for! …- Written by Andrew L from Minneapolis

The Best!
I tested couple compact size bluetooth speakers at home and in the stores, and this is the best! Even better sound quality then th e leading brands ($200-300) for much less money!
I personally really like the style and it is really nice to touch too - smooth rubbery cover.
It works with aux cable too, but it is not included in the package. It has built-in microphone, so it can be used as a speakerphone too. …- Written by Zsofia B from Green Bay

Best of all the small speakers....
I have a Jambox that is collecting dust because the Logitec is so much better.
Overall the Logitech is smaller, cheaper and mus ic just sounds better on it.
I have even bought as presents for friends/family and all have said how incredible this little speaker is; and all said I spent too much because the quality of the product mad them presume it was very expensive.
Trust me you.....buy this Logitech speaker. And your welcome in advance. …- Written by Kate C from New York
