One to One at the Apple Retail Store will help you do more than you ever thought possible with your Mac. First, we’ll set up your email, transfer your photos, music, and other files, and show you how to keep everything in sync with iCloud. Then, we’ll work with you to create a curriculum tailored to your goals, learning style, and experience level.
One to One is just HK$ 768 for a full year and is available only at the time you buy a Mac from the Apple Retail Store or the Apple Online Store.
There’s a training session for every learning style.
Personal Training
Get up to a full hour of uninterrupted time to work one-on-one with a Trainer on the topic of your choice.
Group Training
Learn and share ideas in a small group with other One to One members about topics like making a movie or a photo book.
Open Training
Work individually on whatever project you can dream up, with a Trainer available to answer questions.
Where to attend sessions.
You’ll attend all your sessions at an Apple Retail Store, so make sure there’s a store near you.
How to get One to One.
One to One is available only at the time of purchase when you buy a Mac from the Apple Online Store or an Apple Retail Store.

Choose your Mac.
Shop the Apple Online Store and select the Mac you want. -
Add One to One.
On the Configure Your Mac page, choose One to One along with any other configuration options, then complete your purchase. -
Activate your membership.
After you complete your order, you’ll receive an email from Apple explaining how to get started.
