Delivery Time
Once you’ve placed an order, you can visit
online Self Service
and sign in with your Apple ID and password to get a summary of orders placed in the past 18 months. You'll see your order number, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, estimated shipping and delivery dates, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you choose to view the order details of an order, you'll see additional information including any gift messaging, product engraving, product customisation, and more.

When can I expect my order?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is automatically calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address. Delivery will take 1-2 business days after the order has shipped. Locations outside major city areas will require an additional 1-2 business days for delivery. Outside major city areas include: Hei Ling Chau, Cheung Chau, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Lantau (except airport area & Tung Chung which can be reached by road transportation), Ma Wan, Peng Chau, Po Toi Island, Soko Island, Sunshine Island, Park Island.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment
Notification email that includes the carrier's name and a tracking
number, if available. Unfortunately, deliveries made by other carriers
cannot be tracked. Orders shipped via TNT can be tracked online. You
can also view this information by signing in to online Self Service.
If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments.

What time will my order be delivered?
For orders shipped by TNT, deliveries are made between 9.30 am and 6 pm.
You can check the estimated delivery date and carrier by visiting
our online Self Service for the
latest status of your order. Apple and its carriers are unable to provide an exact
time of delivery. Our carriers will not make a prior to delivery.

Signature on delivery
Most of our shipments contain valuable computer equipment. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room. Delivery to a PO Box is not permitted for security reasons.

Shipping restrictions
Shopping in Hong Kong
The Apple Online Store Hong Kong sells and ships items only within Hong Kong. You may not export any products purchased at the online Apple Store. The Apple Store sells and ships products to end user customers only.
The Apple Online Store Hong Kong does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order on the Apple Online Store.

Shopping outside Hong Kong
There are more than 20 Apple Online Stores in countries around the globe. The Apple Online Store Hong Kong ships only within Hong Kong. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

I need to change my shipping address.
If you have not yet received your shipment notification you can amend your details online via our Self Service website. If you are unable to modify your shipping details here, please contact the Apple Store Customer Service.
If your order is already in transit, please call the Apple Store Customer Service.

I will not be home on the scheduled delivery date.
As our carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. Apple will also send you an email advising that our carrier was unable to deliver your order. You can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery appointment or alternatively amend your delivery address.

How much am I charged for shipping?
It won't cost you anything - Apple Store pays for standard delivery.

What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?
In case of any problems with your delivery, Apple will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement.
If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please call the Apple Store Customer Service.
