Reviews for Apple EarPods with Remote and Mic

Considering the cost of these headphones, the sound is brilliant, it is just what 99% of the general public would want, strong bass, crisp highs and comfortable fit...

They may not be the audiophiles dream, but they are darn close, I have spent up to and over £100 on headphones and have always come back to these because they are so good and so convenient, plus they have the buttons and microphone on them.

They sound really good and worth the money!

The sound from these earphones are amazing! Best earphones I have ever had and they fit very well in the ear. After leaving them in my pocket twice and them going through the washing machine, have proved that these headphones are very waterproof.

Excellent sound quality !

The ear pods have amazing deep bass and clear sound. The only change I'd like to be made is the plastic shell. A more grippy rubberised ear piece would make it less likely to fall out, and maybe an aluminium body giving it a more premium feel. A thicker or 'flat' cable making it tangle resistant increasing the durability, and a sturdier remote made of aluminium making the controls easier and more durable. More colours?

So...I was in Chester with my nan and I was told I can have some new headphones so I went straight in the Apple Store (Premium Reseller) to look if they had any Earpods I couldn't see any on display so I went down the high street to PC-World and I couldn't find any there so i asked a member of staff if they had any they haven't put out yet he said "Sorry, we don't have any in stock but you can buy some much more better headphones for £30.00" he said. As I left the store I rolled my eyes and thought another 'Samsung fan boy'. So I browsed around the other shops in Chester and none of them had any on display so I went back to the Apple Store to ask if they had any in the back. He said ' Sorry we have none but try the 3store' so I went there and this nice lady came up to me and asked are you ok there I said 'Have you got any Apple Earpods in stock'. She said ' Yes there is some in the back of the store' I was pleased that I had finally found some. So on the journey home I unpackaged them and tried them out and wow they were brilliant the sound quality was fantastic the bass was brilliant they fitted perfectly in my ears no problems what so ever. I can confirm there the best set of headphones I have ever had.

Well done Apple, these Earpods have really brought my music to life, I love the fit of these they just sit in your ear and you can forget they are there, so comfortable. Sound wise they are in my opinion just awesome, regardless of price these sound far superior to my SMS Streets or my Creative Aurvana's which cost far more, so much more detail and a very natural sound to these with lovely Bass response. Can't comment on longevity as I have only had them a day but had to write this review as I am so impressed with them, for the money Superb!!!!

Great sound for a bundled earphone. A well judged product. An earbud type would give better sound, but would be less versatile for most users, and if it was of better quality, it would be an uneccesary expense for those who wanted to choose their own quality earbuds. These are fine for starters and for general use. Another intelligently designed Apple product.
