Super little product except that these do not fit Audi lighter sockets.

Nice little charger fits our other car but does not fit my '91 3 series which is where I bought it for. No info on Belkin site as to which cars lighter sockets are compatible. More

    Bigger than it looks.

Doesn't fit flush into my lighter socket and of course the USB lead sticks out from the adaptor so not as much space saving as expected. It did charge up the iPhone 3gs very quickly even while using co-pilot, but it caused a lot of interference on my radio preventing it from tuning in to some stations. Can't understand why it would cause this issue but it was repeatable - plug in = interference or not tuning, un plug and it was perfect. More

    Works perfectly for me

This item fits snugly into the cigarette lighter of my VW Touran. It does protrude about 6mm from the socket, thus enabling me to grip the body of the adaptor to remove it when necessary. I've tried it with engine off, engine on etc to see if there's any radio interference, because of previous reviews. I am glad to say the sound is crystal clear. Nice that it will charge my iPhone or my kids' iPods and at just under 15 quid, what's not to like? More

    Poor design

I thought this would be a great item but sadly it is very flawed as it interferes with the radio in my car! I do wonder how a product designed for use in your car can do this as surely it is a fundamental flaw, very disappointed! More

    Awful

I bought a new car and a Belkin Micro Auto Cahrger at the same time. Driving from the car showroom to my home, some distance away, I was very concerned that my new car radio had interference and hissing on all stations. I thought i was going to have to take the car back to the dealers to have the radio replaced. Then I thought I'd try unplugging the Belkin Auto Charger. BINGO! The radio worked perfectly and the problem was the Belkin charger.

I also have a Griffin PowerJolt and this works perfectly and causes no radio interference.

My advice? Give this unit a miss.
