Am pretty sure the reason they put three in is in case you have more than one dock. It saves people buying more than one if they …Read morehave a dock connected to the computer, one for charging etc. Also agree that although it should have been included, the iPhone is a lot cheaper now than it was so I really don't mind paying the extra for it.
